We are looking for an **Accommodation Officer** to join our team.
As an Accommodation Officer, you will assist our students with all aspects of their accommodation booking. The role involves processing accommodation bookings and is the lead initial contact for student enquiries to assist with their accommodation. The role also involves working cross-departmentally to provide information on accommodation provision, to advise internal and external stakeholders of available options, and to answer any accommodation-related queries within specified SLAs. The role has a flexible base location split between home and our office in London.
**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Previous experience in a similar role with specific experience in student accommodation or have worked in reservations at a hotel.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word Excel; experience of using StarRez would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated accurate and efficient administrative and organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- High-level communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills within a culturally diverse education community or similar environment.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise competing tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure as well as contribute and work within a team and independently.
- A flexible attitude and willingness to travel if required.
