**The Role**: Working in a hybrid role, split between going into the office & meeting your team whilst still enjoying the extra 45 minutes in bed when working from home, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to get into business-to-businesssales. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, using your people skills to develop relationships on the daily as you bring new sources of revenue into the business.?

The package on offer for this graduate role ?

**As a Graduate Sales Executive the package you will?receive?is**:

- £24,000 plus
- £12k Commission on top
- Mobile?
- Laptop?
- Company car?

**What you will do**:
**First 6 months**
- Learn a lot?
- Maintain and grow sales and profit within an existing customer base?
- Managing independent plumbing merchants??
- Visiting existing accounts and building business relationships?

**Next 6-12 months**
- Consistently meet or exceed your targets each week/month?
- Begin to learn and understand the full sales process?
- Further develop a relationship with more senior sales colleagues to gain an understanding of the potential next step in your career?
