Job Description**:Facilities Supervisor**

Location**: Paneltex, Hull**

Reporting to**: Facilities manager**

Hours**:40 hours per week**

Salary**:32k - 38k DOE**

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Help manage the Agility software package
- Create planned maintenance schedules
- Create SOPs and other documentation
- Manage contractors and documentation
- Lease with landlord when necessary
- Create Rams for internal work and help manage work permits.
- Oversea some H&S tasks and manage some critical H&S work such as asbestos removal
- Work alongside the facilities TL to manage projects and contracts as necessary
- Help and advise on tooling and energy saving

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Knowledge of buildings and building maintenance
- Decision-making
- Must have the ability to learn new skills
- Good Health and Safety knowledge
- Practical with a high attention to detail
- IT skills or a willingness to learn
- Good team player and excellent communicator
- Organisation, time management, prioritising and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload
- Punctual and reliable

**Specific KPI’s and Deliverables**

Key Performance Indicators are vital in providing the business with information on how its operations are performing. For the production areas the KPI’s are largely focussed around H&S, Quality, Delivery, People and Environment. There is not a prescriptive list as the KPI’s themselves will evolve as the business develops and grows; all Operatives are expected to contribute to improving levels of performance.
