We are looking for a part-time, dynamic **Host/Hostess** to join our team at Paro Covent Garden. As a Host/Hostess at Paro, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they are warmly welcomed and comfortably seated. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining the smooth flow of our dining area and supporting the team by helping clear tables during busy times to seat further reservations.

**Host/Hostess Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Manage reservations and accommodate walk-ins.
- Ensure the dining area is organized and clean for your next table, liaising with the head waiters.
- Assist the team in clearing and resetting tables during busy periods if an extra hand is needed.
- Provide a welcoming and memorable experience for all guests as they leave and enter the restaurant.

**What to Expect**:

- **Part-time role with flexible, zero-hours contract.**:

- **Evening shifts predominantly (flexible days, but Friday and Saturday evenings are a must)**:

- **On-the-job training provided—no prior experience required, though customer-facing experience is a plus.**:

- **A great opportunity to gain experience in hospitality while studying or working another job.**

**Qualifications**:

- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work on Friday and Saturday evenings.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not essential.
