3 Henrietta Street is a beautifully restored five-storey Townhouse in the heart of Covent Garden. Home to Lilly’s Cafe, Pivot British Bar & Bistro by Mark Greenaway, El Ta’koy and PizzaLuxe.

Built in 1780, 3 Henrietta Street is steeped in history; the townhouse has homed many different occupants over the years. From bakers, lace-makers and drapers to accomplished surgeons, stockbrokers and then providing a residence for the nobility.

Fast forward to 2021, and 3 Henrietta Street once again provides a space for those at the top of their game, with the team hand-picking the best chefs, bakers, bar-tenders and baristas to take up residence. Each floor of the townhouse has been carefully restored and designed to give its distinct character, whilst also preserving the original features and quirks that make the Grade II listed building so special.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Host/Hostess to be the welcoming face of the venue and help to create great experience for our guests. During service you will take care of all guests as they arrive and ensure of welcoming our guests and smooth and efficient seating. You'll also assist in handling administration and incoming calls and will be responsible for dealing with enquiries alongside the management/events team.

As a Host/Hostess you will be responsible for:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the establishment
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Take reservations and manage the waiting list
- Answer phone calls and provide information about the restaurant
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and guest services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 45 per week
