**Pay rates**:
£10.67 per hour, for over 18’s (Plus shift premiums where appropriate)

**Shift pattern**:
39 hours per week covering 5 days.

Shifts will be on a rotary basis consisting of 6:00 am - 2:00 pm & 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm.

**About you**:
You’ll fit right into Greggs as a Production Team Leader if:

- You’ve had some experience of leading a team and love playing an active part in the success of your workmates.
- You’ve had some experience of working in a production or manufacturing site, ideally within the food industry.
- You’re comfortable with standing for long periods of time, lifting and carrying, as well as other tasks such as cleaning.
- You’re comfortable with handling, preparing and baking food.
- You have pride in the quality of the products you produce.
- You know what you’re talking about when it comes to Health and Safety and Food Safety requirements.
- You have a good level of numeracy and literacy and you’re able to follow specific processes and procedures.
- You’ve had some exposure working with SAP systems (desirable).
- You are supportive of an inclusive culture - recognising and valuing that difference is good.
- You are a great team player - respectful and appreciative towards our Greggs Family.
- You are friendly, honest and hardworking and enjoy some fun at work

**What you'll do**:
Leading and working alongside a small, close-knit team, our Team Leaders ensure the daily production line plan is implemented and all targets and deadlines are met. You’ll have a good eye for detail so that only the highest standard of goods are produced and packed. Positive and enthusiastic, you’ll engage with your team and be on hand to provide direction and support, whilst still ensuring all policies and procedures are met.
