A prestigious Financial Services organisation are looking to appoint a Digital Production Team Leader at their office in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday, over 35 hours a week.

As a Digital Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the management of the facility’s services and supporting their sustainability efforts.

You must have experience with digital mailroom software and prior experience of working within a digital mailroom environment.

Responsibilities include:

- Compliance with policies and regulations and risk management of operating events
- Fully support and deputise for the assistant and facilities manager including oversight of daily operations
- Lead a team and manage colleague training
- Digital mailroom inbound capture, processing all incoming mail
- Process documents, mail fulfilment and dispatch
- Banking, courier bookings, accurate data keeping and SLAs

**Skills**:

- Customer focused with excellent communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Knowledge of digital mailroom software
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Keen to develop professionally
