**Employer Engagement Manager**

This role offers a unique opportunity for self-directed professionals to shape and mould their responsibilities. As an Employer Engagement Manager, you will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to develop, implement and deliver an Employer Engagement strategy for London, with a particular focus on expanding opportunities and job openings in the Digital sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement and deliver an employer engagement strategy, with strong marketing and senior management support, to identify and connect with prospective employers.
- Successfully achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build positive relationships with both employers and learners.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to devise marketing campaigns and personal social media strategies.
- Provide individualised employment support to bootcamp learners in the digital sector, including marketing, software development, and data analytics.
- Deliver employment support sessions effectively.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records using the Zoho CRM system.
- Identify and participate in networking events.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, sales and employer engagement.
- Proficiency in generating leads through strategic planning, follow-ups, and closing sales, with the ability to chart a course toward goals independently.
- Proven track record of achieving targets, coupled with strong skills in workload prioritisation, deadline adherence, responsibility-taking, initiative and proactivity, with the flexibility to adapt as needed.
- Competence and experience in engaging with management-level professionals.
- Accustomed to a high degree of autonomy and exceptional organisational abilities.
- Highly personable and adept at building relationships.
- Driven and oriented toward goal achievement.
- Thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
- Possesses an energetic and positive demeanour, along with a problem-solving mind-set.
- Offers creative insights that can contribute to business growth.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills for producing internal and external reports.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in presentation techniques, including the use of PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with information technology, including Microsoft Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
