Job Description- Join a dynamic team at the helm of our Prime Middle Office As the **Global Lead, Prime Brokerage Middle Office**, you will lead a global team across three locations, driving key strategic initiatives and embedding a strong risk and control culture across the organization. Reporting to the Global Head of Macro Middle Office & Regional Head of Business & Client Operations, you’ll have the opportunity to reshape operational models, deliver strategic roadmaps, and optimize the Prime Middle Office to meet the latest regulatory and industry standards.**Key Responsibilities** - Strategic Leadership: Drive the Prime Middle Office’s strategic roadmap, aligning with initiatives like Process & Controls Simplification and Fit for Growth strategies. - Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain strong, risk-focused operating models, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards and efficient BAU processes. - Team Management: Oversee a global team, ensuring high performance through coaching, mentoring, and fostering a "one team" culture. - Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a senior escalation point and trusted advisor to senior leadership across sales, trading, risk, compliance, and technology.
