We are seeking a reliable and motivated **Part-Time Kitchen Assistant** to join our culinary team at **Lucianos in Burnside**. As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, as well as assisting our chefs with various tasks.

**Responsibilities**
- Wash, clean, and sanitise kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen larder area.
- Assist chefs with food preparation and plating.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and recycling materials in a responsible manner.
- Keep storage areas organised and tidy.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Adhere to Food Safety Standards.

**Experience**
- **1 Year**Previous experience in a kitchen environment.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and holidays.

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour
