**What will you be doing?**

As a **Conference Producer**, your role will be varied and fast-paced, you will be responsible for:

- Market research to identify trends and hot topics that can be included in the conference agenda
- Writing the event agenda using your understanding of the sector and commercial awareness
- Researching and securing exceptional speakers to talk at your event
- Developing a sales strategy with the sponsorship sales team
- Working alongside marketing to create a campaign that will engage the audience and attract relevant delegates
- Building relationships with key industry leaders, continually developing your industry knowledge
- Create engaging, content driven, and innovative agendas
- Driving the event forward, motivating and supporting the sales, event operations and marketing teams when required
- As a Conference Producer, you will be talking with business professionals over the phone and Zoom/Teams and every day, it’s a big part of your job, and you need to be confident, credible, and able to absorb information and communicate effectively.
- Collaborative team working, sharing updates and information
- Attending the conference on the day, supporting the team, attendees and sponsors
- Post event analysis
- Developing ideas for future events, strategies to grow your events, and continue to improve the event experience year on year

**Who are you?**

This role would suit a commercially minded, creative and resourceful graduate who is either already working as a **Conference Producer** or has very transferable skills gained in a B2B commercial environment such as; **recruitment, market research, sales or marketing.**
- A graduate with a 2:1 or a 1st Degree
- Excellent communication skills, enjoy building relationships and developing understanding
- Confident talking over the phone, able to question & discuss topics with senior professional
- Marketing skills are advantageous
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
- Professional and credible over the phone and in-person
- Inquisitive and creative nature
- Excellent research skills, content driven
- Project management skills; able to manage time, workload and internal stakeholders
- Experience in successfully meeting deadlines and budgets
- Have a positive solutions driven approach with a 'can-do’ attitude
