Sourcing & Procurement Lead

Organon are recruiting for an Associate Director - Cluster Procurement Lead to join us at our office based in London. In this role, you will partner with the business to develop and execute sourcing strategies, enabled by agile business processes and strong supplier performance management, to drive improved business outcomes.

The role is responsible for Sourcing & Procurement of Indirect (Marketing services, Corporate services, Logistics & Site services, Fleet, Travel & Meetings) for the UK&ENI cluster (UK, Europe North & Israel).

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Participates/Leads teams of global, regional & local representatives to develop and implement Cluster strategic sourcing plans as well as to ensure alignment on key initiatives and priorities.
- Engages with critical stakeholders and partners to define and meet or exceed business requirements and identify and manage profit-plan savings-targets.
- Builds and manages strong working relationships with the cluster’s Leadership Team and key partners.
- Leads execution of RFIs/RFPs and contract negotiations.
- Drives Supplier Relationships & Performance for the Cluster.
- Ensures plans are in place to mitigate supplier-related risks.
- Ensures company Third Party processes and systems are fully adhered to.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Demonstrable Procurement experience working in an international and matrix environment.
- Proven track record of delivering value add through procurement processes.
- Strong communication and advisory skills and ability to deal with complex issues.
- Proven track record of successful Sourcing, Contracting & supplier negotiation management.
- End-to-end accountability, problem-solving skills, growth & agile mindset in ambiguous situations
- Strong Leadership/communication & interpersonal skills
