PLANNING PRACTICE AT AECOM

AECOM is a top ten UK planning consultancy by size, employing more than 70 Chartered or Licentiate Planners, including 9 Planners in Scotland, based in our Edinburgh and Glasgow offices. **_ Here’s what you’ll do:_**
- Carrying out planning research and analysis and assist with planning feasibility reports and consent strategies.
- Liaising with the Environmental Impact Assessment team.
- Contribution to the preparation of successful commercial tenders.
- Assisting with project management and implementing quality and health and safety principles.
- Participating in internal and external meetings

**Qualifications** Ready to push the limits of what’s possible?**
- Here’s what we’re looking for:_
- Sound knowledge of Scottish planning policy and legislation
- Client focus, with good interpersonal skills and collaborative working approach
- High level of commitment to quality
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to write clearly and concisely
- Ability to work on your own initiative and under pressure
- Competence in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project
