**LondonEnergy** are currently looking to recruit a **Business Transformation Specialist **to be based at our head office in Edmonton, North London.

The **Business Transformation Specialist **will be supporting the establishment and management of a change management approach to transition LEL from its current state and existing facilities, into the future state and new facilities as they come on-line. The next 9 months sees the first key NLHPP deliverables completed.

You will work closely with the Business Change Manager and LEL’s NLHPP project team. Additionally, the NLHPP Eco-system of construction, engineering and technical contractors are ancillary assets.

As **Business Transformation Specialist **you will be responsible for delivering projects to address real world issues. You will therefore need to be analytical and creative to tailor these projects to different environments and groups. In addition, you will need to be a self-starter who can identify activities, prioritise these and ensure that they are delivered.

As the **Business Transformation Specialist, **you are also responsible for:

- Support delivery of the wider LEL Transformation as laid out in the Target Operating Model and other Design documents.
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of change communications.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders to aid implementation.
- Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Work creatively on design elements and with the digital and IT people on the technical elements.
- Verbal and written communications, able to create content for various communications channels
- Consult and coach project teams / team members
- Support and engage senior leaders
- Support organisational design activities and definition of roles and responsibilities
- Coordinate efforts with other specialists
- Evaluate and ensure change adoption and user readiness

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Demonstrable experience in business transformation, cultural change and business design possibly gained in a management consulting firm.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to assess the impact of change and organisational readiness.
- A background in change management, people innovation, organisational behaviour, management studies and people related fields.
- An aptitude for stakeholder management and communications, to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Evidence of the identification and implementation of performance improvement solutions within a variety of environments.
- A relevant change management professional qualification or broad awareness of change management methodologies, such as Prosci, Agile and ADKAR
- A passion for engaging people and building change readiness capability

By processing household waste at our facility, we produce enough waste from energy to power 80,000 homes every year and recycle 70% of items through our Reuse and Recycling Centres.
