Senior ServiceNow Transformation Consultant

UK | Poland | Germany | Hybrid with Client Travel

Resource On Demand is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading global Salesforce and ServiceNow Partner, as they expand their fast-growing ServiceNow Advisory Practice across Europe. We're looking for talented consultants who can help clients realise maximum value from their ServiceNow investments and use AI to transform how businesses operate.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious, forward-thinking consultancy driving digital transformation across global enterprises. As a Senior ServiceNow Transformation Consultant, you'll guide clients through the full journey—from strategic advisory to complex implementation—helping them streamline operations, manage risk, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You'll work with talented colleagues across multiple business areas, contributing ideas, sharing expertise, and helping shape the future of enterprise automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver ServiceNow transformation projects from strategy to implementation.
  • Advise on process optimisation and operating model transformation.
  • Design outcome-driven ServiceNow solutions that align with client goals.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders as a strategic advisor.
  • Apply industry insight across sectors including Life Sciences, Financial Services, and Consumer Goods.
  • Support business development through bid responses and opportunity identification.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of the ServiceNow practice.

About You

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow advisory and implementation across at least three core modules.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities such as IRM, TPRM, SOM, CSM, HRSD, or ITAM.
  • Strong consulting background and client-facing experience.
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and at least two ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
  • Skilled in project management, agile delivery, business analysis, and solution architecture.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and local language (where applicable).
  • Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
