We offer a 24 hour vehicle recovery service, and are looking for a Breakdown Transport Co-Ordinator to ensure our customers are taken care of.
Our excellent fleet, of well maintained, clean and branded vehicles allows our drivers to provide a safe and reliable service, taking care of our customers and their vehicles.

**Rotating shift pattern**
Week 1
Mon
- Fri (with 1 of the days off during the week) 7am
- 3pm, Saturday/Sunday - 7am-7pm
Week 2
Mon - Fri 3pm
- 11pm
Preferred working pattern can be discussed at interview stage.
**Are you the right person for us?**
- Experience with APEX systems is an advantage but not necessary
- Good geographical knowledge and some automotive knowledge are desired
- Ability to work on your own initiative and take charge of the situation
- Must be quick thinking and able to adapt to fast-changing situations
- Manage jobs from initial contact to completion ensuring all parties are kept informed
- Superb telephone, administrative, organisational and IT skills
- Calm and professional approach with good customer service skills
**What will your role as a Recovery/Breakdown Transport Co-Ordinator look like?**
- Accepting emergency roadside and onsite breakdowns
- Having the capability and confidence to effectively communicate, guide and prioritise on the reported problem
- Ensuring that each event is managed through to completion, by accurately logging all details electronically on our fleet maintenance software, allocating in a timely manner to either our internal resource or a network of third-party suppliers and manufacturers
- Ensuring that breakdowns and urgent defects are progress chased and communication of work progress is made as required.
