Residential Rental Property Administrator

We are seeking a person who has an interest and an understanding of property. You will be responsible for the checking of properties and writing reports on those properties including legionella risk assessments (training given). You will need to inspect all areas within a property and make judgement on future maintenance and refurbishment, leading to liaison with qualified contractors. You need to be self-motivated and able to work on your own. Computer literate and a clean driving licence are essential, along with a sense of humour, good work ethic and a team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
