Due to expansion we are currently seeking an ambitious and experienced Conveyancing Lawyer (minimum 3 years PQE or equivalent experience in a reputable firm) to join our Private Property team based in Shrewsbury. You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including: * Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases * Remortgages * New build transactions * Transfers of equity We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy, deadline-driven environment and is confident communicating with clients, agents, referrers, and other professionals to deliver a high-quality service.
