We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our direct sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting sales efforts by engaging directly with customers, assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns, and providing administrative support to the sales team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct direct sales activities by engaging with potential customers and explaining product benefits and features.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional materials and customer engagement strategies.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss new ideas and provide feedback on campaigns.
- Track and report on campaign metrics and customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining customer databases, updating sales materials, and organizing promotional events.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not required.

Pay: From £24,633.50 per year

Additional pay:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Glasgow, G41 2SP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
