As an Entry Level Marketing Assistant, you will work on the front lines of our marketing campaigns, focusing on customer engagement and face-to-face promotions in various settings. Your role will involve promoting utility solutions that can help consumers manage and reduce their energy costs. Please note, this is not a digital marketing position; our focus is on in-person campaigns and direct customer interaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns by engaging with potential customers face-to-face at events, residential areas, and community spaces.
- Educate consumers about our utility services and present tailored solutions that align with their needs and help them reduce costs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement strategies that increase brand awareness and drive sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to help refine marketing and sales strategies.
- Support the marketing team in setting up promotional displays and coordinating materials for face-to-face campaigns.
- Attend regular training sessions to build your marketing and sales skills, staying up-to-date with our product offerings and industry developments.
- Achieve individual and team targets, contributing to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
- Must not have applied to any Imperial Consulting positions within the past 30 days.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- A proactive, results-oriented attitude with the drive to succeed and exceed targets.
- No prior experience is required, but previous work in customer service, sales, or promotions is advantageous.
