**Who we are**:
We are a caf. Not a cafe, not a shop, not a branch, not a unit, not a restaurant. Just a caf.
There was also a time they called us a hipster hangout but thankfully that was just a passing phase. We don’t profess to being cool, because we’re not.

To support The Breakfast Club’s ongoing growth, we’re now looking for **Talent Advisor** to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team, based in our Shoreditch office.
As a Talent Advisor you will provide efficient and effective recruitment for the business, whilst ensuring that we attract and hire high calibre, talented, trusted individuals.
It is fundamental that you can represent our employer brand and deliver an experience in line with TBC’s mindset. You will also be able to navigate external recruitment platforms and be able to look after a variety and volume of roles.
You will be disciplined and organised with the ability to self-manage and easily adapt to change; be creative and forward thinking to a point that sets us apart from other businesses; have a helpful, warm energy and be willing to take on new tasks that might help the Talent Acquisition Team achieve great things.
