We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who can demonstrate experience in sales to join our friendly team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greeting clients, showcasing and recommending wedding gowns, taking client's measurements and providing our brides with specialised advice about wedding looks.

To be successful in this role, you should combine your excellent customer service skills with a strong knowledge of fashion and trends to help guide our brides and prepare them for their big day.

A background in sales is essential for this role and a background in working with luxury goods will and meeting sales targets will be looked on favorably.

**Responsibilities**
- Book appointments for brides
- Recommend bridal gowns based on each customer’s body type and personal taste.
- Inform customers about the range of styles, colours, and cuts they can select from
- Help brides try on dresses and style them with our accessories.
- Take measurements and liaise with the alterations department on the client’s requirements.
- Provide accurate information about gowns such as pricing, materials, and shipping.
- Assist with some visual merchandising.

**Requirements**:

- Work experience as a Bridal Stylist (not essential)
- Experience in retail, preferably in a luxury goods (essential)
- Have previously worked to sales targets
- Knowledge of wedding styles and designers is a plus.
- Hands-on experience creating complete looks for clients.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to create a smooth and fulfilling shopping experience.
- Reliable and enthusiastic
- Proven track record of closing sales

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-16 per week

**Salary**: From £9.15 per hour

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edinburgh, EH1 3AT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
