We are a manufacturing/ engineering company based in Swanley, Kent and we specialise in the manufacture, supply and installation of Automatic Doors and Drive Thru windows as well as bespoke doors across the UK.

Next Doors Ltd is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer with experience in working in a mix of the following trades; Building experience, Carpentry and woodworking, Decorating and Electrical. Door and Window fitting experience would be highly beneficial.

This role will involve primarily working with doors and windows.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- We manufacture, install, service, repair and maintain automatic, aluminium and fire doors as well as the occasional repairs and servicing to steel doors. Your training will give you experience with all of these aspects.
- Working in the commercial and industrial environments.
- Work will involve call-outs and the need to attend sites during the day
- There will be occasional times when you may be required to work away from home, travel long distances and stay away overnight. All expenses will be covered
- We also provide services to McDonalds, you will be required to attend additional training courses relating to working on McDonalds premises

**The person**:

- Experience with hand and power tools including; all types of drill including impact and SDS, skill saw, jig saw, chisels etc - this is an absolute must
- A trade relevant qualification or 5 years experience in 3 or more trades
- A strong electrical/ mechanical engineering background is beneficial
- A full clean driving license and own transport to get to the workshop
- Relevant qualifications including CSCS card
- You will live within 1 hour of Swanley and be happy to travel further when required
- Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of English
- It is essential that you work to high standards, are polite, trustworthy and understand the need to clean up at the end of every day
- Complete work to a high level of standard

**Company Package includes**:
