- Passion for fitness
- Previous customer facing/service experience
- Territory/multi-site experience is advantageous
- Driven by targets and sales, ambitious and positive with a can-do attitude
- Flexible across evenings/ some weekends
- Strong planning and organising skills
- Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving license
**What does a typical day in this role look like?**:

- Building lasting relationships with independent gyms and health stores in your area
- Communicate our vision and product proposition in an engaging, effective way, every time
- Maximising sales and product placement opportunities
- Conduct sampling sessions providing the opportunity to try/taste our products
- Drive sales and inspire customers with our fitness ideas/knowledge
- Keeping up to date with competitor activity and utilising this to plan ahead
- Capture and report all relevant data
- Maintain an excellent understanding of our products
- Keeping up to date with industry changes/updates/trends and utilising these to excel brand opportunities
- Use your initiative and proactive approach to drive sales through innovative ways
- Create theatre and memorable demonstrations
