JLC Laser have an exciting opportunity within our Sales department for an experienced Technical Sales Estimator,

Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17:00 Friday 08:00 - 13:00

Software used: - Excel - Radan CAD - Sigmanest

**Overview**

Duties will include, Costing of incoming drawings and tenders from existing customers, breakdown of materials, labour and sub-contracted operations and associated costs, liaising with internal departments reference lead times and issuing the quotation to the customer.

**Responsibilities**
- To quote and sell the services of Laser cutting, Press Brake Forming, Welding, and sub-con operations.
- Working from Customer drawings to produce detailed quotations.
- Liaise with sub-contract suppliers as required.
- Monitoring enquiries within the company and speaking direct with customers.
- Seeking out and generating new business opportunities
- Building relationships with customers to ensure repeat enquiries.

**Knowledge, Skills, Experience**
- Previous experience within an Estimator role with experience in a sheet metal fabrication shop or metal profiling environment essential.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM Software an advantage
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £33,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
