Trainee/graduate Recruitment Consultant

**TRAINEE/GRADUATE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT**

**SALARY**: £24k + uncapped commission - 1st year OTE £45k, 2nd £65k, 3rd £70k+

My client is an award winning International Recruitment Consultancy formed in 2003. Based in central London, they are a completely privately owned business focusing on both permanent and contract recruitment across some 30 countries. Their experienced ManagementTeam has driven the business from strength to strength with revenues of almost £20million they have recently been ranked 12th in The Recruiter awards fast 50 as well as achieving recognition in the Times fast track 100 list of the fastest growing companiesin the UK for two years running. They are looking to hire a number of trainee/graduate recruitment consultants to start in the new year.

**THE ROLE OF A TRAINEE/GRADUATE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT**

A typical day as a trainee/graduate recruitment consultant will consist of;
*Cold calling to win new business

*Writing adverts

*Screening CV’s

*Negotiating terms of business

*Maintain successful client relationships

*Hitting targets / earning commission and celebrating your success each month

**The Reward for a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

£24k Salary

Uncapped Commission (The commission structure is very competitive offering an initial set fee per placement of £250, typically you will be making 4-5 deals when you first join. This then rises to a percentage scale when you are promoted.)
