**Andersen Caledonia a**re looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to join their expanding team. The position will be based at our site at Strathclyde Business Park in Bellshill. The role will be part of the business development team at the company and will co-ordinate the onboarding of new clients. This process can often take many months and in some cases over a year. The position is new and required due to the rapid growth of the company.

**The Role**
- Will act as single point of contact for the client and facilitate responses to Customer questions and observations.
- Will organise site visits by the client and regular Teams meetings to update them on the status of the project.
- Will prepare and distribute a Project Plan with timelines.
- Participate in meetings with client and internal teams to facilitate project completion.
- Regularly update management of project status and provide alerts when projects are at risk of failing to complete on time.
- Additionally, the role may include monitoring of internal projects.
- Graduate from any discipline but science background a benefit
- IT literate
- Project Management training
- European languages such as German, French or Italian are useful.

We have a history of recruiting staff and developing them within the business. Our customer base is becoming more and more global with over half major new projects from outside the UK.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
