**Administrator/Receptionist**
**Working hours**:Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, you may be required to provide reception cover during periods of absences however this will be discussed if needed.

**About the role...**
An exciting opportunity is available for a full-time Administrator/Receptionist based within our Forward Leeds team. This is a diverse and rewarding role providing admin support to the teams within the hub.
Key duties will include:
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently to support the smooth operation of the services.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry on computer systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate closely with our team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to young people in Bradford and Keighley.
- Act as a key liaison for communication within the team and with external partners.
- Contribute proactively to team meetings and discussions, offering insights to enhance our services and processes.
- Take on additional administrative duties as required to support the organisation's objectives.
- Inputting data into SystmOne.
**About you**
To succeed as an Administrator/Receptionist you will ideally:
- Have effective interpersonal, organisation and communication skills.
- Have the ability to communicate clearly with a wide variety of colleagues, visitors, partners
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, and Teams.
