We are looking for someone who is passionate about Family Law.

If you have a background in private family law, divorce, finance, and private children matters and enjoy helping people then we would like to hear from you
- 35k-47k DOE with additional benefits
- Chester
- Office based.
- Family Law, Children Matters, Litigation
- Solicitor preferred (but other lawyers with relevant experience considered)

Role Overview
- Interest and experience in court advocacy
- Preparation and conduct of cases efficiently in accordance with the firm's policies.
- Attending trials and court proceedings.
- Development of caseload and development of the department
- Regularly updating clients about their cases.

Role Requirements
- Aptitude in client-facing matters and exceptional communication skills.
- The ability to empathise while remaining professional.
- Understanding and experience of litigation and other dispute resolution methods.
- Be able to undertake own advocacy.

This is a 1 stage interview process.
