**OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS CO-ORDINATOR**

Stratasys are looking to recruit an Operations & Logistics Co-Ordinator to join the United Kingdom production facility located in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

This is an excellent opportunity to join the largest 3D printing solutions business in the world. Our focus is to develop, manufacture, sell and service exceptional printers to meet the Additive Manufacturing industry requirements of the present and future. As a team, we believe in delivering reliable and honest support to everyone we work with - our customers, suppliers, and fellow team members.

You will join our growing production team working on high-end industrial 3D printers which are built to a very high standard and shipped to customers globally.

Key tasks will include:

- Creating intercompany sales orders.
- Co-ordinate with production for order fulfilment.
- Co-ordinate with Global Logistics Team for the timely movement of orders
- Creation and Management of all shipping documentation ensuring it is correct and complies with rules, regulations, and laws.
- Liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders and 3PL partners to ensure orders are collected and delivered on time.
- Manage activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to ensure established deadlines are met.
- Managing of stock levels using IT systems
- Create and follow-up on purchase orders
- Help with Goods-In and other general warehouse duties

We are keen to bring new people and ideas into the team; we don’t have a list of mandatory qualifications or skills to be considered for the role, although you will be expected to have some relevant experience of working within a production and logistics environment. However, some or all the following could be expected of you:

- A strong willingness to fulfil the job role
- Problem-solving skills
- Highly organised with the ability to plan, multitask and effectively prioritise workload
- A logical thinker who is numerate, analytical, and process-orientated who can balance several workstreams simultaneously
- Be commercially aware
- Experience in logistics preferred - 2 years minimum
- Team player maintains a positive attitude to work showing respect for other staff and visitors.
- Effective and confident communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent IT skills with strong excel skills

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year

- Aylesbury, HP19 8AP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)
