The hours of work are: -14:00 - 22:00 or till finishYour Time at Work As a Hygiene Operative your duties include:Reporting to the Hygiene Team Leader, the Hygiene Operative is responsible for performing comprehensive cleaning and maintenance tasks in and around office buildings, ensuring sanitation and organization, caring for equipment, adhering to safety guidelines, and acting as a company values ambassador. The purpose of the role is to ensure a clean, organised, and safe environment in and around office buildings while upholding company values and adhering to safety guidelines. Duties include: - Act as role model and ambassador towards our Company values - Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around office buildings and high-risk areas - Cleans floors and rooms. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting including high risk detailed process - Being actively involved in all deep cleaning duties, weekly and monthly. - Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying bins, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals - Vacuums empty trash and replace liners - Running of washroom dishwashers and utensil washers - High care areas and supporting production changeovers and clean downs - Ensuring yard area kept clear of general waste - Caring for equipment and reporting any damages or broken equipment. Using & storing equipment & materials safely. - Ad Hoc Duties including Production or other departments - Fully COSHH Trained and implementation of process and best practice at all times - Performs additional duties as neededOur Perfect Worker Skills include: Though experience is preferred but not essential, you will ideally possess the following: - Attention to Detail: Ensuring thorough cleaning, especially in high-risk and high-care areas. Spotting and addressing small areas that need cleaning or maintenance. - Time Management: Efficiently completing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules. Balancing ad hoc duties and regular tasks without compromising quality. - Safety Awareness: Understanding and implementing COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) guidelines. Using and storing cleaning equipment and materials safely to prevent accidents. - Reliability and Responsibility: Consistently performing cleaning tasks to a high standard. Reporting damages and ensuring equipment is well-maintained. - Physical Stamina and Strength: Handling the physical demands of cleaning tasks, such as mopping, vacuuming, and lifting trash bags. Performing deep cleaning and other physically intensive tasks. - Communication Skills: Acting as a role model and ambassador for company values.
