This Business Support Administrator role is fundamental to the effective working of the larger team supporting key business activities and projects. You will provide an efficient and flexible response to operational issues from taking initial telephone calls to ensuring excellent service delivery and customer experiences enhanced. You will also be involved with the provision of the complete recruitment administrative service onboarding our excellent Care Professionals. This entails coordinating and ensuring all recruitment administration is completed quickly, efficiently and correctly within timescales, prioritising and re-prioritising whenever appropriate. You will be ensuring all checks and contractual documentation are completed accurately and in optimum time to ensure 100% compliance with regulatory frameworks, customer expectations and company standards.

Your career progression will expand as your general ‘Home Instead’ ethos understanding grows and people knowledge, talent and skills develop. You will become an integral and important part of the growth of the company providing support to our elderly clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
**Qualifications** What will you need?**

***- To be competent in all aspects of administration
- Good levels of computer literacy with demonstrable systems abilities.
- The ability to learn new systems and processes becoming an expert in their usage
- A confident, ‘can do’ attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for working in a busy, deadline-driven team environment
- A professional telephone manner; a smiling personality and empathy for others
- An outstanding eye for detail and a ‘right first time’ attitude
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- A great work ethic with the want to work ‘above and beyond’ and have high standards of commitment and achievement.

- Our salary package starts between £21,500 and £24,000 depending upon experience, with an initial 6 month salary review and ongoing bonus opportunities.
