**Administrator**:
We have an excellent opportunity to recruit an Administrator to support our Long Melford office with administrative tasks, such as call handling, typing and preparation of communications and documents. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of file systems, diary management and the smooth running of the sales and lettings departments.

**MAIN TASKS**:
- Produce accurate and well-presented documents including reports, client correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets within agreed time frames
- Copy typing, and drafting of letters, reports, invoices etc.
- Organising the marketing of the properties including arranging photographs and floor plans and EPCs, creating brochures, window cards and organising advertising
- Processing invoices
- Helping with office diary management and organising meetings
- Carry out timely and accurate administration of databases
- Provide a high level of efficiency and customer service to all who visit or contact the office
- Handling enquiries over the telephone or personally in reception and taking any necessary action
- Provide general administration support to the office including other partners, managers and staff as reasonably required
- General office duties such as filing, photocopying, ordering stationary, overseeing petty cash and arranging general office maintenance etc.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of compliance information such as Money Laundering and clients’ compliance systems (for administrative purposes)
- Fire Safety Officer
- Progressing Tenancy Paperwork, arranging inventories & organising contractors and liaising with Landlords on this where necessary
- Overseeing the lettings and sales keys
- Carrying out the occasional viewing for lettings and sales as and when required
**WHAT WILL IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL?**
We are seeking a professional Administrator with excellent administrative and customer service skills. You will have strong IT skills, competent with Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems and process accurate information. We require a strong team player with good interpersonal & communication skills. Good organisational and time management skills are a must along with attention to detail and experience of working in a fast paced administrative environment.
