Calex is a specialist training and consultancy organisation contracted to several market-leading automotive manufacturers. We have an opening to recruit for a Citroën AMI UK Project Lead working within the Citroen Sales & Marketing team at Stellantis UK.

The primary purpose of this position is to animate the Ami business within the UK with the support of other shared NSC entities (Carflow, B2B, Used Cars, Bank, Network Development, Accounting, Comms, Sales, eCommerce, CMO)

**Role Responsibilities**
- Steer business strategy - work with stakeholders across the business (locally and centrally) to define and implement strategy
- Sales Volume - Driving and contributing to the overall sales volume objective by engaging Retailer Network, Sales and Fleet Teams to ensure Ami is on the agenda
- Customer Experience - Owning the relationship with the Retailer Network and the Ami Sales team in the UK and overcoming objections to deliver excellent customer experience
- Margin - working with finance and commercial actions to ensure Ami is price positioned correctly to remain competitive in the market but also to ensure it supports overall profitability objectives
- Order to delivery management - Brand lead for the Ami Sales Team, main point of contact supporting the team to ensure a smooth process from order to delivery
- Media/Comms strategy plan - Responsible for delivering best in class marketing communications strategy to drive awareness and consideration of Ami in the UK

**Person Requirements**
- Degree educated or similar previous experience within a Project Lead role
- Previous experience in Project Management
- Previous Automotive Industry experience desired
- Strong relationship builder

**Salary and Benefits**

Circa £40,000-£45,000 dependent on experience, Company Car, Mobile Phone, 26 Days Annual Leave, Calex Employee Benefits Packages (Inc Private GP and Healthcare Services, High Street Discounts, Discounted Gym Memberships and on Demand 24 Hour Wellbeing Service (Counselling and Advice).

**Location**

Home based but expected to attend the office (Coventry) as and when required for team meetings and retailer site visits as necessary.
