Office based: North London (must live within a 1 hour commutable distance)

Remuneration: £26,000 - £35,000neg (depending on experience) + 10% bonus paid quarterly

The role of the Sales Estimator - Rooflight & Glazing Systems will involve:

- Internal Sales Estimator position focused on promoting a high end range of manufactured rooflight and glazing systems
- Responsibilities include providing estimates, quotations, order administration and liaising with both the production and external sales teams to maximise opportunities and revenue
- An element of your role will be sales as well as estimating
- Dealing with homeowners, local builders, main contractors and architects
- Targets will determined on experience
- Dealing with both commercial and residential projects such: Kings Cross Station, Buckingham Palace, Waterloo Station, Liverpool Lime Street Station, The National Gallery and The British Museum
- Average order values range from £800-£2k depending on size and scope however can be in excess of £250k+
- Working with a fantastic internal / external sales & estimating team

The ideal applicant will be Sales Estimator - Rooflight & Glazing Systems with:

- Must be from the construction industry ideally in a sales or estimating role currently however open on other backgrounds for example: estimating, sales, marketing, customer service etc
- Open in terms of what building products / materials that you’ve dealt with previously
- Must have excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Must be organised with a can do attitude
- Must be able to understand architectural drawings
- Ideally 1 year sales experience
- Self-motivated, hungry, ambitious, driven and energetic personality, team player
- IT literate and good on the phone
