We're looking for an enthusiastic Café Supervisor to join our dedicated catering team at Nation Railway Museum. As a Café Supervisor, you will contribute to a passionate and friendly team working in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful Café Supervisor will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with basic food production & preparation, customer service and generally supporting the operations while adhering to all Health and Food Safety requirements. **Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
- Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times
- Being a responsible key holder
- Basic food preparation, counter set up and serving of food and beverages
- Ensuring the highest level of customer care is delivered to clients and customers
- Demonstrating a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations
- Ensuring correct storage of food items and equipment after service
- Complying with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards

**Our ideal Café Supervisor will be**:

- Experienced in supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
- A good communicator, able to confidently liaise with customers and colleagues
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
- Committed to high levels of customer care.
- An enthusiastic individual with a passion for working in a catering environment.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
