A1Personnel are currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator, on behalf of our client based in Barking.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Book in and arrange shipments with dedicated couriers and shippers
- Track shipments to ensure that they are delivered on time, resolving any issues that may arise
- Select cost effective shipping options and solutions
- Liaise with sales, finance and product development teams to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered effectively
- Support the Logistics team and help track and monitor stock levels and order components from suppliers
- Data entry
- Help to receive goods, quality control items and process shipping documentation

**Requirements**:

- Have worked within a similar role in Logistics
- Excellent computer and administrative skills
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Transport knowledge ideal
- Well organised and good attention to detail

**Hours**:
Monday to Friday
8:30am - 5pm
