**Vergo **Pest Management Ltd is the largest independent national pest service provider in the UK today. Our comprehensive range of pest management services includes rodent control, bird management, insect control and wildlife management. Through continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Resourcing Partner to join our HR team. Ideally, you will have previous recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset. Experience in facilities management or recruiting for DV/SC clearance required environments is a plus.
**About the role**:
- Partner with management and HR colleagues to identify current and future people resource requirements representing business needs.
- Build and maintain talent pools for future recruitment needs and provide market insight on talent pool strength and the competition for talent during the requirement meetings to set Hiring Manager expectations.
- Liaise and coordinate with our PSL recruitment agencies when required.
- Conduct regular competitor and market salary and benefits benchmarking to assist with the continual development of our employee value proposition.
- Promote and manage referral schemes and campaigns for critical roles and skill sets.
- Build relationships with further education providers to support the introduction and development of a Vergo Apprenticeship Programme.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical recruiting standards and best practices.
- Analyse and report on recruitment metrics and data (including the number of vacancies, time to hire, source of applicants etc.) to continuously improve and optimise the resourcing process.
**Skills/Experience**:
- Proven experience in a recruitment role handling multiple positions this role would suit existing internal recruiters or an agency recruiter looking to move in house.
- Experience of working in a national, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with using a variety of resourcing techniques, e.g., direct sourcing and agency input.
- Experience in using applicant tracking systems, HR systems and databases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to tailor to the audience.
- Strong organisational, planning, and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Enjoys working collaboratively with a positive can-do attitude.
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
