**Job title**: Immigration Administrator
**Location**: Filton - hybrid working
**Hourly rate**:£22.50 hour Umbrella or £17 per hour PAYE
**IR35 status**: Inside IR35
**Duration**:12 months

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a prestigious and well-respected organisation
This role is hybrid working - 3 days per week in the Filton office and 2 days from home
This role is 35 hours per week but part time 3 days per week can also be considered
**Key responsibilities include:
**Interacting with new employees, guiding through visa process, answering ad hoc queries

Analyse, evaluate, and communicate Home Office proposed changes to immigration to the business and advise how this will affect current and future non-EEA nationals
- Provide support, advice, and guidance to:

- HR Managers, HR Business Partners, Early Career Managers, Line Managers, Employees
- Manage reporting and tracking of non-EEA national visas
- Ensure the Right to Work of sponsored workers at all times throughout employment, revising and implementing policy to protect Airbus from employing illegal workers

Good understanding of GDPR and confidentiality
Ability to take ownership of tasks
Able to communicate across multiple teams
Process driven
Immigration and or HR experience is highly desirable
Excellent administrator
