**Talent Advisor - Chandlers Ford - £27,500 - £30,000 including bonus - Hybrid role working from home 2 days a week - full time hours Monday to Friday.**

**Talent Advisor duties include**:

- Working collaboratively with all members of the Recruitment Team, efficiently utilising the ATS system to effectively manage all recruitment
- Review Job Descriptions and schedule qualifying calls/meetings with hiring managers to capture responsibilities, skills and competencies required for the role
- Screen applicants against job descriptions ensuring all essential competency requirements are present
- Provide Hiring Managers with Interview Questions and Templates appropriate for the role
- Ensure all legal documentation regarding Right to Work are checked and saved along with the process for obtaining references is followed
- Share relevant documentation in a timely manner with the L&D, HR and Payroll departments.

**Experience and skills**
- Proven history within a recruitment / HR/customer service / administration environment preferred
- Strong IT skills and experience of using databases
- Strong, confident, professional communication skills
- Good time management skills, able to manage changing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- A can-do resilient mind set and positive outlook
