**We are recruiting Senior Support Staff with at least 1 years' experience who can undertake the following**:

- Managing and supporting individuals with Mental Health needs.
- Managing complex behaviour and risks presented.
- Motivating individuals to develop their skills and set goals.
- Supporting individuals working towards their goals.
- Supporting with daily and independent living tasks.
- Providing support to access the community.
- Supporting individuals to integrate back into the community.
- Working under the supervision and guidance of the multi-disciplinary team.
- Managing, leading, and motivating teams of support workers.
- Managing workloads, supervisions, and Quality assurance audits.
- Managing finances, service user reviews and administering medication.
- To have a minimum NVQ L3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) or be willing to undertake further training.

- Staff are paid monthly on the 10th of each month.
- 28 days annual leave based on full time contract of 40 hours (including bank holidays). Two additional days annual leave granted following two years consecutive service with the company.
- Staff receive an induction upon commencement of their employment.
- Training is paid for by the company, including any updates.
- All staff can expect to work 13-hour day shifts.
- Senior Support Worker hourly rate is £12.00
