You’ll be a key member of the team, providing excellent administration support to the Substation Safety, Health, Environment, Sustainability (SHES) and Compliance Engineer and their team for the North East. You’ll maintain administration related to legal and other obligations in areas such as: Records reconciliation, fleet vehicles, training, calibration of equipment - records and admin, waste services, fire risk assessments, general team administration duties, minute taking at team meetings/other meetings, maintenance of team action logs and communications to the wider business, preparation of presentation materials and looking after the team SharePoint site. This role will be based within our substation at Skelton Grange and can be combined with hybrid working from home.

**What you'll need**:
We're looking for a strong administrator with an excellent eye for detail You can use a computer with Microsoft Office skills and have experience of working in a process driven environment. You’ll have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. You should be able to prioritise your workload and be used to working in a fast-paced environment, with the drive and determination to reach targets and deadlines. Some travel to sites in the North East will be required as part of the role.
