You don’t need previous experience; you will be surrounded by experts who will support and guide you in your learning. All we ask is that you are ambitious in pursuing a career in accountancy, with strong exam results from either GCSEs or A-Level.

As a trusted team member your responsibilities will include bookkeeping tasks and preparation of simple accounts and tax returns. You will be surrounded by a team who are there to learn from and to support you.
**Requirements**:
We need you to not only have a love for numbers but love problem solving, analytics, and have great attention to detail. You are always asking questions, curious to find the best way of completing tasks and have a hunger to succeed.
In your studies or from the people around you, you will be continually learning so we need you to be committed, focused, and organised. With an appetite to learn and develop, you will take ownership of your future and be empowered to carve your own path.

This programme is designed for school and college leavers who are ready to start their AAT qualification and build a career in accountancy from the ground up. If you’ve already graduated from university, you may be better suited to our Graduate Trainee route, which leads directly to professional qualifications at Level 7.
