We have grown to become a premier supplier with a fleet of vehicles delivering to the Midlands, South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, the East, the South, the South East, and the South West of England. We have grown over the years and now employ up to 200 people across the UK.

This is a varied role where you will be supporting all areas of the depot operation.

Monday - Friday (core hours 45 per week)

**What will you be doing**
- Managing transport staff on site.
- Monitoring transport output in line with KPI targets.
- Completing driver de-briefs.
- Responsible for the Health & Safety of the site - maintaining security of staff, products and sites (including gate checks and maintenance and cleanliness of the site).
- Working with the Depot Manager to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and licensing.
- Reporting defects and rectifying.
- Effectively managing infringements.
- Working in partnership with the Depot Manager to enhance sales.
- Driver and vehicle downloads.
- Defect reporting and rectification.
- Infringement management.
- Missing mileage checks and justification.
- Damage Control and returns.
- Promoting and encouraging clean as you go policy and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:
**Who we are looking for**:

- A positive team player.
- Previous experience of managing a team and KPI's.
- Experience of working in FMCG environment.
- Customer focused.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Driving licence.
- Forklift Truck licence (desirable).
- Understanding and knowledge of driver's hours and tachograph legislation.
- O Licence awareness training (OLAT).
