We are currently looking for a Supervisor to join our Household Waste Recycling Centre in Peterborough on a permanent, full-time basis.

**The Role**
As a Supervisor, you will support the Operations and Transport Manager/ Contract Manager in the day-to-day operation of our Peterborough site.
Ensuring the delivery of high standards of customer service and care, you will actively encourage reuse and recycling.
Ensuring targets are met, you will make sure recycling rates are maximised, customer satisfaction is paramount and health and safety regulations are consistently followed.
Additionally, you will:

- Ensure staff are appropriately trained and motivated
- Conduct daily site inspections
- Undertake administrative duties
**About You**
To be considered as a Supervisor, you will need:

- Previous experience of working in a highly regulated, busy, waste management facility role
- Experience managing teams or the ability to demonstrate that skill
- Knowledge of duty of care legislation
- Knowledge of permit compliance
- The ability to use Microsoft Office Programmes to a reasonable standard
