**FULL TIME PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE**

We are looking for an experienced private client practitioner or legal executive to join our team and work for 16-24 hours per week (times to be agreed and can be full or part days).

You will be able to run your own caseload of probate files, both contentious and non-contentious including being fully conversant with inheritance tax provisions.

Knowledge of will writing and powers of attorney would also be useful but not essential.

You will need to be able to work independently with some administrative/paralegal support being provided. We are happy to consider some time working from home once familiar with the file and office procedures.

Good organisational skills and the ability to show initiative, drive and determination and working as team is essential. Performance bonus will be considered after 1 year of employment.
