**Overview;**

This Business Analyst will work closely with the Finance Team to map Business Processes as part of a full review of the Finance operations of the organisation. They will act as a key link between the Solution Development and Business Teams.

**Key Accountabilities;**
- Be responsible for the documentation, maintenance and management of RAID items found
- The facilitation and documentation of as-is and to-be states across finance processes, especially in relation to end to end P2P and R2R
- Leading stakeholders through a detailed analysis of business processes within Finance
- Finding waste and non-added value steps within processes
- Delivering outputs using standard company templates, and actively trying to improve said templates
- Collaborating with business teams to assess the success of new processes and technology
- Engaging in multiple workstreams at a time
- Question business units on how they plan to successfully excecute projects and reach targets

**Essential Knowledge;**
- Demonstrable experience of Procurement and Finance processes within Business
- Understanding of Business Process Design
- History of using a procure to pay or year end change solution implementation
- Knowledge of finance processes and accounting entries; ideally evidenced by a qualification
- Continuous Improvement Cycles especially the use of Lean Sigma Six
- Exposure to SAP
- Project Management skills
- The use and interpretation of Application Architectures and understanding of Application Solutions
