Our client is seeking a talented new Senior Account Manager, with a salary of£50k (+£50k OTE) and is a Hybrid working - Office / Field / WFH

**Tell me more about the role...** To maximise the value of our largest and highest potential customer accounts and new logo opportunities to ensure their continued contribution to the business’ success.
- Maximise the profitably of customers and prospects
- Increase product penetration into existing customers that only have heritage services with us
- Identify and engage with wider decision-making units within existing heritage customers where we have no or little influence or relationship
- Close high value, multi product sales to both new and existing customers
- Identify untapped opportunity and create awareness for the range of products and services available to maximise our opportunity within customer accounts.
- Hold customer meetings face to face, online and via the phone, build sales proposals and lead tender processes.
- Create deals and negotiate sales deals which maximise both customer benefit and the commercial opportunity.
- Maintain a strong forward pipeline to allow you to meet objectives in the short, medium and longer term.
- Be a role model for other team members to aspire to, helping coach, mentor and support where appropriate.

**What experience do I need?**:

- Must have 5+ credible proven years within the telecoms arena
- Autonomy - ability to work outside of box - pre/post sales exp would be great
- Managing 60-100+ Mid-market and Enterprise clients
- Face to face client experience - nurturing and growing customers
- On boarding new logos - Experience cold calling - picking up phones essential
- Management and leadership experience ideal
- Internal and field based
- Experience/gravitas/proven wins with large enterprise clients
- Detailed knowledge of telecoms and IT services essential
