Job Introduction
**About the role**

Here at Sodexo, it starts with the everyday and we place customers at the heart of everything we do. Our incredible **Floor Captains** lead the way when it comes to fabulous customer experience and we’re looking for someone to join our team at **London Campus, Shell International.**

This is a key role in our close-knit team as you’ll be helping to ensure that our operations, from mailroom service to meeting room support and excellent service standards to impeccable cleanliness, are all running smoothly.

**Main Responsibilities**
- To offer a personalised high-end service to the Shell Campus staff and their visitors should they require any assistance or any other support.
- The upkeep and maintenance of all meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, printer points mail & parcel deliveries, vending and general office areas to a high standard.
- Work with the mail room and loading bay and the provide support cover when required
- Responding positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional and courteous manner
- Participate in Health and Safety Policy of the Company and report any dangers, near misses or hazards. Making yourself familiar with and follow all company procedures and regulations
- Great customer service skills

- High standards of personnel presentation
