**Facilities Assistant (Floor Captain)**

**Salary**: £30,000
**Contract**: Full-Time, Permanent
**Hours**: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week, rotational shifts between 07:0019:00)

**The Opportunity**
Were looking for an enthusiastic and experienced **Facilities Assistant (Floor Captain)** to join our on-site team at **Sea Containers, London**. This is a highly interactive, client-facing role that calls for excellent customer service, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, positive attitude.

Youll receive full training and be part of a friendly, supportive team in a varied role where no two days are the same. Its a great opportunity to build your career within a fast-paced, professional FM environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct daily floor inspections to maintain a clean, safe, and operational environment.
- Act as the first point of contact for facilities-related queries and client assistance.
- Report and escalate maintenance issues efficiently and professionally.
- Set up meeting rooms according to client needs and expectations.
- Champion a positive health and safety culture on site.
- Provide approachable, effective support to client teams, ensuring a consistent five-star experience.
- Manage the handling and delivery of incoming goods to the correct locations.
- Be flexible and willing to assist with additional duties outside the core role when required.

**What Were Looking For**
- Previous experience in a client-facing, facilities, hospitality, or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for delivering great service.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility in working hours and approach to duties.
